Hypnosis can make you more confident and help you organize thoughts and experiences in order to have a great interview. One of the most stressful events can be the job interview. This is especially true if you really want the job and have the added pressure of some stiff competition. You can however better prepare yourself to have the best possible interview when you use hypnosis to help you relax and think clearly.
How many times have you left a job interview only to say, “I should have said it this way,” or “I wish I had told them about…” It is not uncommon to remember important details after the fact. Hypnosis helps keep thoughts organized so that you can recall information as it is needed and present it in a more clear and well-thought out presentation. You will have greater confidence when you know you are prepared to answer any question that may come your way.
Hypnosis prepares you for the interview by helping you to first relax. Once relaxed the hypnotic process takes the information stored in your brain about skills and past job experience and helps sort the pertinent details from the fluff. Hypnosis will not add to your abilities or skills as they related to the job, but it will help you better communicate what you can offer the company. It does this by helping you to feel more relaxed and confident so that you can speak your mind effectively.
Clinical Hypnotherapist Steve G. Jones has created a self hypnosis program called the “Perfect Interview.” As you listen to the program each night it will help you relax, sleep better and be in the right frame of mind for any interview.
